- This is a stand alone Cessna style Elevator and Rudder Trim Wheel Controller, featuring a 6.9" (175 mm) diameter Trim Wheel with a Trim Indicator. The Trim Wheel is an analog input/axis and has about 7.5 complete rotations for precise adjustments.
- The Trim Wheel Controller also features an additional 10 Rotation Wheel that can be used for whatever you wish to use it for in the sim. In X-Plane this is perfect for Rudder Trim use. Until MSFS 2020/2024 adds an analog axis for rudder trim this is not possible but can be used on any control you wish that can take advantage of an analog axis input.
- Works in Microsoft Flight Simulator or X-Plane (Mac as well) or most any game that can use a controller. Does not work with Xbox or PS.
- Includes Removable Desktop Clamp and Under Desktop Mounting Plate that can be attached with the included 3M VHB double sided tape or with screws to the underside of your tabletop (screws not included).

I bought this to go with my sim setup I use for supplementing my ppl training. I use it along side a motion platform and vr so the added realism is appreciated. It works great though does feel kind of “cheap” in manufacturing. I’ve only used it for about 2 weeks so far and it has held up but am slightly concerned with prolonged use. I do like the multiple mounting options but the 3m tape provided only lasted one flight before it would not hold on any more (remember it is mounted on a motion platform) so I had to devise a new method of mounting it in the proper location. Overall I am sastified with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
Hey Gary, sorry for the troubles with the 3M tape, 3M VHB does need some cure time for full strength, I think it is like 24 hours or maybe longer. You do get about half strength up until then and when not in a motion rig even that should be sufficient holding strength. When it does fully cure it will be incredibly difficult to remove, as it holds exceptionally well then. As far as your concern with durability, it is made rather tough and should hold up for a very long time, I designed it to be quite strong, if you do ever have any issues with it just get in touch with me and I will take care of it.

I had previously binded trim controls to a rocker switch. The trim sometimes responded. Sometimes not! This full sized trim wheel made all the difference in my flying. Quality is solid. Price is right!
Very nice, better than yoke trim. I like the option to mount underneath the desk.
Shawn is an extremely helpful person, responding to my questions very quickly. I purchased the Full Size Trim Wheel as I am learning in a Cessna 152. The Product is great, allowing me to practice real world procedures with the wheel, which is very accurate. I can now trim with confidence and precision. The wheel is well made, sturdy, with a great feel to it. The unit clamps very solidly to the underside of my table, so it is positioned close to where it is in the real plane. I would definitely purchase from Shawn again. He is so friendly and helpful. Excellent instructions online regarding how to set up all the controls.
