  • This flight simulator controller combo includes my Carb Heat, Throttle, Mixture and Flaps controller with Desktop Mounting Clamp plus my Full Size Stand Alone Elevator Trim Wheel Controller for flight simulators.  The throttle controller features push pull controls for each carb heat, throttle and mixture.  The mixture features True Vernier Controls, twist the knob for fine adjustments or press the button and push/pull for large adjustments.  The throttle also features a locking nut, twist it to lock the throttle in place.  The Flaps is a momentary switch, push up to raise flaps one notch and push down to lower flaps one notch, the switch auto returns to center.
     
  • The trim wheel features 6.9" (175mm) diameter trim wheel with 7.5 complete rotations for precise adjustments.  It features a trim wheel indicator and an optional additional 10 complete rotation rudder trim wheel.  Both trim wheels are analog axis inputs, not a digital encoder that just simulates button presses.  The rudder trim wheel is great for X-Plane, until Microsoft updates MSFS 2020/2024 to use an analog input for rudder trim the rudder trim wheel will not work as a rudder trim in the sim, you can use it on any other input you choose that accepts an analog/axis input.  The main large elevator trim wheel of course works in MSFS 2020/2024.

  • The CHTM controller includes a Removable Desktop Mount for mounting to your desktop.  The Trim Wheel includes a Desktop Mount as well as an under Mounting Plate for under desktop mounting with 3M VHB double sided tape (included).  You can mount with screws also, mounting screws not included.

  • No drivers are needed, calibrate in Windows and bind your controls in the sim.  Works in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024 and X-Plane (Mac too).  It should work with any game that uses joysticks/controllers in Windows.  Does NOT work with Xbox or PS.

  • The controllers are 3D printed in mostly ABS, some nylon and PLA plastics and are hand made by me in the US, includes 10' USB Cable.

  • Dimensions: TPM; (Main Body) 9.25" Long, 6.5" Deep, 2" Tall.  Trim Wheel; 3.5" wide x 7.8" deep x 7.5" tall.

Rudder Trim Upgrade Option: I can add an additional 10 Rotation Wheel that can be used for whatever you wish to use it for in the sim.  In X-Plane this is perfect for Rudder Trim use.  Until MSFS 2020/2024 adds an analog axis for rudder trim this is not possible but can be used on any control you wish that can take advantage of an analog axis input.  This optional addon cost $15 and can be added by selecting it from the drop down box above.  You can see what this option looks like here.

Flight Sim Stuff: Great Products and Great Service

I recently ordered a combo from Flight Sim Stuff that includes a controller with a Vernier carb, heat, throttle, mixture, and flaps, plus a trim wheel. Shawn shipped the order very quickly. It took a while for the products to arrive in Germany and clear customs. Now the items have arrived and work great. Installation was easy and went smoothly thanks to Shawn’s detailed instructions. The controllers and the trim wheel provide a feel that’s very close to the original Cessna instruments, which is why they’re great for practice. Shawn was always immediately available to answer questions and was a huge help. Overall, I highly recommend Flight Sim Stuff.

Very accurate set of flight controls

I'm flying a Cessna 152 during flight training, and the controls are almost exactly the same in terms of feel as the ones in the real plane. Nearly perfect, just needs to allow for twisting the mixture knob for fine tuning, and maybe a flap control with detents to be 100% accurate. Overall very well done, surprised none of the big flight sim controller companies have come up with this kind of design themselves!
